Cancellation, Refunds and Renewals Policy
This Cancellation, Refunds and Renewals Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and renewals are handled for services purchased through Pixelar.pt (“Pixelar”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operated by Unbreakable Systems LLC.
By ordering services from Pixelar.pt, you agree to this policy.
1. Services covered by this policy
This policy applies to digital and online services, including but not limited to:
- domain name registrations, renewals and transfers
- shared hosting plans
- VPS services
- dedicated servers
- reseller hosting
- add-ons, software licenses and related digital services
- setup, migration, configuration and technical support services
2. General rule
Because most of our services are digital services that are activated, provisioned or submitted shortly after payment, refunds may be limited or unavailable once service delivery has started.
Any refund, if approved, will be issued only to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3. Domain names
All domain-related services, including registrations, renewals and transfers, are generally non-refundable once the order has been submitted for processing.
This is because domain services are processed immediately through third-party registries and registrars and cannot usually be reversed once submitted.
Please make sure all domain details are correct before placing your order.
4. Hosting services
Shared Hosting
Shared hosting plans may be eligible for cancellation and refund only if expressly stated on the product page or in a separate offer.
If no refund guarantee is advertised, refunds are provided only at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law.
VPS and Dedicated Servers
VPS and dedicated servers are usually non-refundable once provisioning has started, because server resources, IP allocation, setup time and system deployment begin shortly after payment.
This includes custom builds, operating system installations, control panel deployments, security hardening, migrations and other setup work.
5. Setup fees, migrations and custom work
Any setup fee, migration service, installation service, configuration work or other custom technical work is non-refundable once work has started.
6. Customer-requested cancellations
You may cancel a service at any time through the client area or by contacting us at geral@pixelar.pt.
Cancellation stops future renewals unless otherwise stated, but it does not automatically mean that you are entitled to a refund for the current billing period.
7. Renewals
Some services may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
It is your responsibility to cancel a service before its renewal date if you do not wish to continue it.
Once a renewal payment has been processed, it may be treated as non-refundable, especially for:
- domain renewals
- license renewals
- hosting renewals already activated for a new term
- server renewals where resources were reserved or continued
8. Failed payments and service suspension
If payment is not received on time, we may suspend or terminate the service in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Suspension or termination for non-payment does not remove your responsibility to pay any outstanding fees already due.
9. Refund eligibility
A refund may be considered only in cases such as:
- duplicate payment
- service not delivered due to an issue caused solely by us
- accidental overbilling
- another situation where we determine that a refund is appropriate
Refund requests must include:
- full name
- account email
- service purchased
- invoice number
- reason for the request

10. Abuse and chargebacks
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate associated services and accounts.
Fraudulent, abusive or misleading refund claims may result in refusal of service.
11. Service availability and dissatisfaction
We do not issue refunds simply because:
- you changed your mind
- you no longer need the service
- you ordered the wrong service
- you failed to cancel before renewal
- you are dissatisfied with a third-party platform, registry or software limitation outside our control
